Refund or Cancellation policy
Seagull Brand Launch Bootcamp & Seagull Brand Launch Masterclass
Cancellations by Sead Advertising Pvt. Ltd.
Sead Advertising Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, move, or reschedule a seminar due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to low attendance or operational constraints.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform registered participants in advance. If a seminar is cancelled, Sead Advertising Pvt. Ltd. will, at its discretion:
- Reallocate participants to a future seminar, subject to the participant’s consent
- Offer participation in a virtual seminar as an alternative
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
Except in cases covered under “Cancellations by Sead Advertising Pvt. Ltd.”, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: girish@seagulladvertising.org
- All applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees must be paid immediately.
Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made 0–20 days prior to the seminar date will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the seminar date will attract a 75% cancellation fee, payable in full upon cancellation.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of registration.
- The refund will be credited within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the seminar without prior written cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
