Program Description

These Terms govern your participation in the Seagull Brand Launch Bootcamp and the Seagull Brand Launch Masterclass (“Programs”) offered by Sead Advertising Pvt. Ltd. (“Seagull”, “we”, “us”).

Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. For the Bootcamp, each selected company may nominate up to two participants. Registration is confirmed only when full payment is received.

Fees & Taxes

Program fees are as published on the registration page and are exclusive of applicable taxes. All taxes are the responsibility of the participant.

Payment & Confirmation

Seats are confirmed only upon successful payment. Until payment is received, Seagull reserves the right to release the seat to other applicants.

Program Changes

Seagull may modify dates, venue, speakers, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified. Seagull does not guarantee identical content or faculty if changes occur.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and content shared during the Programs remain the intellectual property of Seagull. Participants may use learnings internally but may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials outside their organization without written permission.

Recording & Media

Participants consent to photography, video, and audio recording during the Programs. Seagull may use such recordings for marketing, educational, or archival purposes unless prior written objection is submitted.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary discussions and information shared by Seagull or by other participants.

Limitation of Liability

Participation is educational. Seagull makes no guarantees as to commercial outcomes or financial results. Seagull’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the program.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
